How To Grow Angelica (Dong Quai)

First, I want to say avoid angelica if you are pregnant. That said, here are some tips for growing angelica in your garden. You can begin by planting the seeds in your garden during the Fall. Make sure the soil you are using is very moist.

You can either plant them in full sun or a place that has partial shading during the day. It will grow up to 84 inches tall and you won't see any flowers bloom until about the third summer. Once you plant angelica in your garden, it will reseed itself each year and continue growing plants in your garden.

Angelica is a great herb with many health benefits. See my previous post to find out everything angelica can do for you.
