Zi Xiu Tang Review

Zi Xiu Tang is another Chinese diet pill that claims to help with weight loss. Like all other Chinese diet pills, there are "real" and "fake" products out there. If you get the real product, you can certainly expect to lose weight, but there is a catch.

Average weight loss with Zi Xiu Tang is 4 lbs per week. The problem is that this pill is only helping you lose weight because it's a laxative. Laxatives make you prematurely poop out your food, so your body doesn't have time to absorb fats, carbs, proteins, and nutrients. Therefore, weight loss happens.

Many people claim to have dry mouth with this pill. Those people are at the brink of dehydration and are probably in need of medical help and have no clue. The only thing keeping them out of critical condition is the little bit of water they are drinking.

Laxatives are not all wrong. In fact, many Americans could use a good colon cleanse, especially before starting a weight loss program or herbal weight loss pill because it will make it that much more effective. The problem comes in when these people who take the pill have no idea that they are taking a laxative for months.

You should never take a laxative daily for months. Even a week is pushing it. Your body will become dependent on this laxative to help you have a bowel movement, so when you stop taking it you will become constipated. Your body needs to be able to expel waste on it's own without needing some pill.

Another problem is the weight will come back almost immediately because the pill is pretty much just starving your body, which never works long term.

The only purpose for this pill should be the same as any other laxative. You take it when you feel you need a good cleanse or when you are unable to have a bowel movement. You should never treat it like a diet pill and take it for weeks.
