5 Best Appetite Suppressants

There are some great herbs for suppressing your appetite and they are available in supplement form to help you with your diet goals. Many people have this issue when they are dieting: They go on a restrictive diet and end up eating everything in sight because they get so hungry from all the restrictions. This is a great way to put on pounds. You need some help sometimes when you restrict calories and that's where herbs come in.

There are plenty of herbs you can try for suppressing your appetite. They really do enable even the most hungry people to say no. If one doesn't work for you, another more powerful one may do the trick. I have come up with a list of what I think are the best herbal appetite suppressants. If you want to be able to say no to cravings, try these herbs for help:
  1. Apple cider vinegar
  2. Cinnamon
  3. Caralluma
  4. Hoodia
  5. Blueberry

Some of these herbs you may already know about and some may not be as familiar to you.

Apple cider vinegar is a proven appetite suppressant. You can take it in tablet form or in liquid form. Many people report better appetite suppressant capabilities when taken in liquid form. You take it 30 minutes before each meal and you will be eating less. In one study, it helped people lose 2-4 lbs a month with no other changes in lifestyle.

Cinnamon is another appetite suppressant. It actually helps sweet foods to not taste as sweet. I also had this same effect when I took Coconut Oil. If you are like me and you are addicted to sweets and chocolate, you will be surprised at what these herbs can do for you. Dessert just doesn't even taste the same.

Caralluma and hoodia are both from the cactus family. They are great appetite suppressants and fat burners. They are some of the more well-known herbal appetite suppressants out there. They work great and are probably the most potent.

Blueberry is an unlikely appetite suppressant. It's not as well-known but it can still curb appetite. There are other herbal appetite suppressants, but these are just some of the best ones. So if you need help cutting the calories, don't be ashamed of getting help from nature. These herbs really work.

  1. Caralluma fimbriata has a natural appetite suppressant that has been used in India for centuries. You probably can get it in some form at the health food store. I sell it in a product called Control-20. My product helps with bloating & constipation also because it contains 60 mg of various fruits, seeds and roots. FYI my product ships for free!
