Magnolia Relora is great for stress and weight loss, but it may also have some side effects and interactions. Many herbs have some type of interaction or side effect. You should always find out what those might be before you start taking any supplements.

Relora's most common side effect is drowsiness. Don't automatically think that you will become sleepy when taking relora though. Only 20% of people who take relora experience this side effect. Out of that 20%, most of them stop feeling this side effect within the first week. If your stress and abdominal weight gain is bad enough, I think it's worth it to go ahead and take relora to find out if it will be good with your body or not.

Very few people have bad side effects while taking relora. One person reported heartburn, sexual dysfunction, and shakiness. It is likely that this person just didn't go well with this herb. Not every herb works the same way with everyone.

Do not take magnolia relora while pregnant or breast-feeding. It may cause miscarriage of your unborn child.
