I have stated before that you cannot really take one weight loss herb and expect a high amount of weight loss. You can however take a couple of weight loss herbs together and you will see some decent results.
Also, it's very important to not eat an entire pizza when you take a weight loss herb and then expect weight loss to happen. There is only one way to lose weight. Many roads lead to the same place, but there is only one way and that is to eat less calories than what you burn. You cannot do that if you take a weight loss herb and then do not watch your calories. It's not hard to count.
The people who complained of no weight loss with this product, also complained about not wanting to watch what they eat or exercise. Sadly, those people will still be fat in several years unless they change something. You have to have a caloric deficit. Yes, weight loss herbs can HELP you reach that deficit, but you also need to count calories for yourself at the same time to make sure you aren't over your limit.

Of course, weight loss supplements should not promise perfect results. People should still maintain a healthy diet and perform some exercise for better results.
