I wanted to share with you what herbs I'm taking currently, since I'm always taking plenty of herbs and I'm always changing it up every couple of months.
First of all I'm taking a multivitamin every day to make sure that the gaps in my diet are filled, because I'm sure I don't get enough vitamins.
Next is my trusty old friend, Green Tea. I don't take an extract. I take plain green tea, because you don't need an extract to get the goods from it. Many studies say that you can just drink the tea and get those effects and the tea is not an extract. I take it for many reasons. Anti-aging, weight loss, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, the list goes on.
Next, I take Glucomannan+ because of the fiber supplement and weight loss.
Those are all of the herbs I'm currently taking. I just started taking the glucomannan and raspberry so it's too soon to tell about those. At least if they are doing nothing else they are helping me maintain the weight loss that I have already achieved which is fine.
