If you want to hear about people who have used green tea and what they have to say about it, here it is:

Here are some reviews from customers of swanson products.

When taking this product, one man reports feeling "lifted" with energy during the day. Another person said it increased her energy and metabolism without feeling the jitters you would expect.

With this product, one woman says she feels the energy and internal heat produced by green tea. Another woman says her and her husband definitely have more energy now that they take green tea. One man says he lost 5 lbs in 3 days from taking 3 capsules a day (1500 mg). He wouldn't lie. He has no reason to because he gets no benefit. It was most likely water weight, but still.

On this product, there are a couple of reviews that say they have increased energy and feel more active during the day.

Reviews of this product say that it definitely gives more energy and assists in weight loss. They also say there are no jitters and it successfully suppresses the appetite. One person says they have lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks.

In this forum, they speak about how green tea really helps suppress the appetite. You know there is always at least one troll in the bunch and there was. He/she stated it was most likely the water they were drinking and not the tea. That's definitely a lie. Water does help with hunger to a certain degree. It's not as effective as green tea though.

And last but not least, my own green tea testimonial. I bought swanson's green tea 500 mg capsules. It's not the standardized extract. It's basically just chopped up green tea leaves inside of a capsule.

It gives me noticeable energy in the day. I don't get sleepy and I don't feel like taking a nap. I actually feel like working out and being productive. Also, I have lost weight. Now, I can't say it was the green tea alone that did it because I do a few things to lose weight. I take green tea, coconut oil, fiber supplement, and chromium picolinate for lean muscle. I work out every day for 30 minutes. Some of the weight loss is definitely due to the green tea though.

So my conclusion is this: You won't lose 20 lbs in a month. You will lose some weight, feel more energy, feel less cravings, and feel good in general. Green tea is a great herb with so many health benefits.
