Kool Aid Hair Dye: Purple Koolaid Dip Dye

Click to see before and after photos of grape koolaid hair coloring.

When you dye your hair with store bought hair dye, it damages your hair. Even when you go to the salon to get your hair dyed, it makes your hair less healthy and more prone to breaking. That's why I suggest that if you want to dye your hair, you should use koolaid, herbs, or teas. You can safely dye your hair with any of these.

Not to mention, there are so many fun colors. Having blue hair tips or bright red "Little Mermaid" hair is definitely awesome and everyone will want to know how you did it. It's so easy and inexpensive to dye your hair at home with koolaid.

If you are in school, make sure that it's okay to do this. Some kids have gotten suspended for doing this while in school. Since the summer is coming, you may just need your parent's permission. You should also know that each person's hair is different. It may take longer to fade from your hair than someone else's hair. It depends on if your hair is damaged and how often you wash your hair.
