In fact, it is doing you good and eventually your body will get used to it and you won't have the urge to go to the restroom every hour.

Diuretic herbs. If drinking more water isn't enough to keep the bloat off during Thanksgiving, get some help form diuretic herbs. Diuretic herbs help your body let go of extra water, which will get rid of bloating.

If you don't have time to wait for this to come in the mail, you can head out to walmart and get some herbal water pills in the vitamins and herbs section.

Potassium. When you are staring at your Thanksgiving feast, try to pick foods which have potassium. This will help keep your body water balanced. Pick foods like banana pudding, baby spinach salad, nuts, and anything with tomatoes. If no one is cooking foods with potassium, try bringing a dish you make.

Resist soda. If you can resist soda just for the holiday, it can help reduce your bloating.

Fiber. Start taking a fiber supplement like psyllium. After just a few days, you will probably see a difference in your stomach. It helps to get rid of backed-up waste and keeps things moving along.
