Parsley is often used sprinkled on certain dishes as a seasoning, but did you know that it has some amazing health benefits? You can even take it in capsule form to get a more concentrated amount of parsley as alternative medicine. Here are the health benefits of parsley.

High in nutrients. Parsley contains the following nutrients:

  • Vitamins A, C, K
  • Folate

Prevents cancer. Parsley is clinically proven to inhibit the growth of cancer. Parsley especially helps protect against lung cancer.
