Alli Weight Loss Pills Review

Alli works by blocking the absorption of 25% of the fat calories that you consume daily. Yes, this does help with weight loss, but there are a few problems.

The first problem is that our bodies need good fats in order to lose weight. You cannot go on a low fat diet and expect to keep the weight off forever unless you continue it which is unhealthy. Yes a low fat diet is unhealthy. You need essential fatty acids for your body to lose weight and stay healthy. Hence the word "essential". These are the oils found in flaxseed and fish. They actually help you burn off fat stores. You would think that someone who creates a weight loss pill would know that low fat diets do not work.

The next problem: If you eat too much fats (good or bad) while on this product, you get punished. By that I mean oils secrete freely from your anus at any time and you have no control over it. That can be pretty embarrassing.

The next problem is that there are already herbs that can do the same thing for you at a much cheaper price. Again, you need good fats in your body. People who go on low fat diets always gain back the weight unless they do two things: that's stay on the low fat diet for life or starve (which is kinda the same thing).

What's the point in paying plenty of money to become skinny if you have to starve forever or gain it all back? Yes, you do need to watch what you eat when you are trying to lose weight, but cutting out fats is not the way to do it. Limit bad fats. Alli does not allow you to keep good or bad fats in your body.

I recommend that instead of this Alli product (which is expensive, not natural, and will not help with long term weight loss) you should try this: Psyllium is a soluble fiber that you can take 30 minutes before each meal. It binds to some of the food you eat and blocks the absorption. Same thing that Alli does except better. Take your essential fatty acids in the form of Fish oil or Flaxseed oil a few hours prior to taking this so that your body can absorb it before you take the fiber.

When you take this fiber before your meals, you are blocking 20-30% of all calories consumed, not just fats. This makes it way more healthy for you. Plus, if you are taking your EFAs (essential fatty acids) beforehand, you will have help losing more weight.

Your body needs some of everything to be healthy and to permanently lose weight. If you try to block out one thing (like carbs or fats), as soon as you go back to normal, the weight comes flooding back. You can take psyllium every day for the rest of your life because it's cheap and natural and it actually improves health. It lowers blood pressure and cleanses your intestines and colon.

So much better than some chemicals in a pill that make you lose temporary weight.
