How Victoria Beckham Lost Weight

Victoria Beckham is always slim, but how did she lose weight so fast after having a baby?

She got her slim figure back in only 2 months through running. Victoria Beckham says she ran 6 days out of the week. Of course, she had help from a celebrity fitness trainer.

She didn't necessarily say how long she ran each day.

It wasn't just the running that caused her to look so slim. She also says that she is great at dressing a certain way that makes her look slim. Although she is only 5' 4", she tries to wear clothing that makes her look taller and more thin.

That's one way to get slim, but if you want a toned body it's best to go with strength training.
