Benefits of Chamomile

Chamomile can be used as a great herbal remedy for stomach cramps. Chamomile tea, when taken close to bed time, can help you sleep. Whether you are just restless or if you actually have full blown insomnia, use chamomile tea to help you.

Polysaccharides found in Marshmallow Root are antibacterial and also are a cure for mucous membrane infections. You can also use marshmallow root to help heal small wounds faster. If you have a sinus infection, marshmallow root would be great for you, because of the antibacterial properties and it boosts the immune system. The flowers have the same effect on you as mucinex. They are an expectorant and will help get rid of your stuffy nose.

Recommended Use: You can have 6 grams ( 1 1/4 teaspoon) each day. You can have Marshmallow Root either as a tea or as a pill supplement.
