If you go drinking on New Year's Eve, you may wake up with a hangover. Did you know there are herbs that can have you feeling better in no time? Here's how you can ditch the New Year's hangover and enjoy the rest of your day.

White willow bark. Pain killers are made from a natural herb called white willow bark. White willow bark can help get rid of any headaches or other associated pain.

Water. Drink plenty of water or gatorade to help hydrate your body. Keep a water bottle on hand if you decide to leave the house.

Peppermint tea. Peppermint tea is soothing to your digestive system. If your having discomfort in your stomach, you may want to try this herbal tea.

Fruit. Fruit and fruit juices can help give your body what it needs after having alcohol. Have a light piece of fruit or drink a glass of fruit juice.

Milk Thistle. Milk thistle cleanses the liver, which is just what you need after having alcohol. Your liver needs help getting these nasty toxins out.
