The Natural Cures Blog: Hangover Natural Cures

Here is an interesting blog post for all you alcoholics out there. To add to this post, I would like to say that if you drink often, you need to also cleanse your liver.

Your liver is responsible for getting all that toxic stuff out of you. Sometimes (especially if you drink a lot) you cause your liver to be built up with toxins. This poisons your body and causes your metabolism to drop.

To cleanse your liver, you should take a liver cleansing herb like St. John's Wort or Milk Thistle. It won't undo all of your bad habits, but it will certainly help you "clean house" when you are done with your party.
