Which Diet Pill Should I Take?

Many people try herbal diet pills and I'll tell you, 80% of these diet pills do not work. It's not the herbs to blame. Sometimes the herbs are low quality or no quality. Sometimes the dosage is far from being effective. Sometimes the ingredients are not right for you. Here is an example of each.

Low quality/no quality ingredients. Say the main ingredient is hoodia gordonii. This herb is hard to get ahold of. It takes 5 years to mature into the plant that helps with appetite suppression. 5 years- and on top of that, you need a special license to get it. So what do some companies do? They fake it. They use another type of hoodia plant that gives no effect on hunger and once you take the pill, you are convinced that all herbs are a scam.

Low dosage. If there was a study about african mango and weight loss and in that study they used 300 mg of african mango per day, you should compare that to any african mango product. Why would you buy an african mango diet pill that only contains 50 mg? It may or may not be effective. It's not a clinically proven dosage. Yet again, the herb gets blamed for this problem.

Ingredients need to match your needs. If you are someone who gained weight due to emotional eating, think about that when you select a diet pill. Would you choose a pill that will increase lean muscle? That wouldn't make sense. It would make more sense if you chose an herbal appetite suppressant that also promotes a positive mood like magnolia relora. Find your main problem and fix that problem. There is an herb for everyone.

Herbal diet pills do work if you get the right quality, right ingredients, and correct dosage.

Share Your Experience: Herbal Diet Pills

If you are like most people, then at one time or another you have taken an herbal diet pill. There is no doubt that herbs do help with weight loss, but not every herbal diet pill will help you lose weight. How so? Because not every diet pill is created equally.

There are some with not enough mg of the most important ingredient. There are some that require more effort on your part. There are some that have even fake or low quality ingredients. It can be expensive finding a diet pill that actually does help you lose weight. Some people start out skeptical, buy it because they really want to lose weight, and if the weight doesn't come off, they end up even more skeptical. I think this is horrible because herbs do help with weight loss if you find the right products.

This post is to encourage those of you out there who have tried a diet pill to share your experience with that diet pill. Did it work for you or not? Were you required to do a lot of work on your own? Did you feel the pill working? Do you believe the ingredients were good quality?

Your review could help someone who is wanting to purchase a diet pill, but they don't know what diet pill to choose and don't want to waste money. Leave your comment below.

16 Best Weight Loss Herbs

Herbs actually can help you burn fat. Burning fat is a process in your body. You need certain nutrients and chemical reactions to occur in order for fat burning to be possible. Sometimes we can be deficient of nutrients and sometimes our bodies are prevented from burning fat. Herbs can solve this problem. Here are the best fat burning herbs:

1. Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is clinically proven to help burn fat. In a study, people lost 2-4 lbs a month just with the addition of apple cider vinegar before meals. They didn't change anything else.

2. Cayenne

Cayenne heats up the body and burns fat. Some studies reported that cayenne was able to boost metabolism by up to 25%.

3. Bitter Orange

Bitter orange has also proven to be one of the best fat burning herbs. In studies, it has boosted metabolism by up to 25%. It has an ingredient that "acts like" ephedra, but it skips the harmful things and only does your body good.

4. Green Tea

Green tea is well-known for it's weight loss contributions. You won't lose a ton of weight fat with this herb, but you can lose up to 8 lbs a year if you take this herb daily without changing your normal routine. Combinations of fat burning herbs are usually helpful at burning more fat.

5. Milk Thistle

Milk thistle helps to burn fat by cleansing the liver. Cleansing the liver has proven to boost metabolism by 23% in studies. When the liver is over-worked, your metabolism suffers.

6. Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed oil stimulates brown fat stores on the body. This gets your fat burning going. It helps to heat up the brown fat stores and burn them.

7. Soy Lecithin

Soy lecithin breaks up fat in the body. It has the ability to emulsify fat and also cleanse the liver. As I stated, cleansing the liver boosts metabolism and fat burning.

8. Chromium Picolinate

Chromium picolinate helps you to burn more fat. It's needed in the process of strengthening lean muscle which causes fat burn. It also raises metabolism. Especially if you exercise, this is a great supplement for you.

Fenugreek extract actually breaks up and minimizes fatty deposits on your body such as cellulite.

L-Carnitine is a great supplement for fat burning. It transports fats to the mitochondria so that it can be burned up and used for energy. If your body uses more fat for energy, you will lose weight.

Ginger heats up the body with thermogenics, the same way green tea and bitter orange do. It burns extra fat on your body and raises metabolism.

African mango really boosts fat burning. If taken for 10 weeks, you can lose 6% of your body weight as proven in a recent study.
