Which Diet Pill Should I Take?

Many people try herbal diet pills and I'll tell you, 80% of these diet pills do not work. It's not the herbs to blame. Sometimes the herbs are low quality or no quality. Sometimes the dosage is far from being effective. Sometimes the ingredients are not right for you. Here is an example of each.

Low quality/no quality ingredients. Say the main ingredient is hoodia gordonii. This herb is hard to get ahold of. It takes 5 years to mature into the plant that helps with appetite suppression. 5 years- and on top of that, you need a special license to get it. So what do some companies do? They fake it. They use another type of hoodia plant that gives no effect on hunger and once you take the pill, you are convinced that all herbs are a scam.

Low dosage. If there was a study about african mango and weight loss and in that study they used 300 mg of african mango per day, you should compare that to any african mango product. Why would you buy an african mango diet pill that only contains 50 mg? It may or may not be effective. It's not a clinically proven dosage. Yet again, the herb gets blamed for this problem.

Ingredients need to match your needs. If you are someone who gained weight due to emotional eating, think about that when you select a diet pill. Would you choose a pill that will increase lean muscle? That wouldn't make sense. It would make more sense if you chose an herbal appetite suppressant that also promotes a positive mood like magnolia relora. Find your main problem and fix that problem. There is an herb for everyone.

Herbal diet pills do work if you get the right quality, right ingredients, and correct dosage.

Basha Brazilian Nut Review

Basha Brazilian Nut is a weight loss pill that claims to be a miracle fat burner. Here is some information I found out about Basha Brazilian Nut soft gels.

Customer Pros:
  • 62% of customers found this product to be effective
  • weight loss
  • appetite suppression

Customer Cons:
  • 38% of customers were not satisfied with this product
  • no weight loss for these customers

Side Effects:
  • Increased heart rate
  • upset stomach

Ingredients:
  • Basha Fruit Extract
  • Cassia Seed
  • Konjac
  • Lotus Leaf Extract

Basha Brazilian Nut mostly cleans you out. Konjac is a dense fiber, which is healthy for you. Cassia and Lotus are for detox and "cleaning you out". Not much is known about Basha fruit itself. For some customers this product has worked and for others, it hasn't helped much. Initially you may be able to lose some weight due to the detox, but after that the weight loss may slow down or plateau.

What Happened To Fruta Planta?

I see many people ending up here when they search for information about Fruta Planta diet pills. It seems there is still some confusion out there as to what exactly happened with that pill.

The FDA sent out two warnings about the pill. I'm guessing they sent out two because people are not listening and still taking fruta planta. Even today people are trying to buy it. Well Fruta Planta is supposed to be "100% Nature" right? Wrong! It contains a harmful drug called sibutramine.

Some of the side effects of sibutramine are a headache and dry mouth. Everyone who has taken Fruta Planta has experienced these two. It doesn't matter if the pills are in the "real" box or the "fake" box, they all have the ingredient.

Fruta Planta has caused many people to have to seek immediate medical attention. There have been several cases of people developing heart problems because of this product. Do not take Fruta Planta diet pills. You can read this message from the FDA if you want further confirmation.

Now it is up to you if you decide to buy it under the table and take it despite the warning. And please, please don't risk your life with Fruta Planta. It's not worth it.
