In this forum, a member talks about how cinnamon helped her. She used to binge on food, then she began taking cinnamon. She noticed that the binges stopped and it suppressed her appetite. She no longer had a craving to eat uncontrollably for no reason. At one point, she stopped taking cinnamon and the binges came back after a few days. She knew she could no longer do without this supplement if she wanted to lose weight, so she began taking it again.
Another person mentioned that when they take cinnamon, they no longer want to eat sweets like they normally do. Cinnamon is known to curb your appetite for sweets.
In another thread, this person says that she began taking cinnamon to help with blood sugar. Not only did it help with that, but she also noticed increased energy and a lack of appetite.
I noticed something while reading through these threads. So many people have been lied to that they believe herbs simply do not help. That is not true and it upsets me. This is definitely off-topic and I know there is nothing I can do about it. I just have to keep trying to get the word out. Herbs heal whether people believe it or not.
